    Innovation Day 2

Innovation day 2 at Chobham took place on the 12th November 2019. The day was a great success and really rewarding for our students.

    Year 7

Students spent the day looking at active citizenship and understanding other religions. All students had the opportunity to visit different places of worship across London.

“It has been good listening to the humanist speaker and learning more”

    Year 8

Year 8 students spent the day learning about Equality and Diversity. Student developed their knowledge about the importance of equality and respect, complemented by our ongoing development personal attributes including kindness, integrity, generosity, and honesty.  Students were taught how to foster healthy and respectful peer-to-peer communication and behaviour.

“The day has made me think more about how people’s actions can affect people both mentally and physically”

    Year 9

The day focused on the importance of managing healthy and safe friendships inside and outside of school– and why to avoid being caught up in dangerous, criminal relationships with gangs in the present and the future.

    Year 10

Year 10s had a day developing their wellbeing. Students were involved in workshops that educated them on lifestyle choices, nutrition, exercise and how to use meditation, mindfulness and yoga to promote calmness.

“The day was really insightful, and I never knew how relaxing Yoga was”
